Devsena Mishra

Devsena Mishra(born November 25, 1984) is the daughter of Dr. Annapurna Mishra, the First Mayor of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation BJP and sister of Kapil Mishra, the Law and Tourism Minister of Delhi AAP. She is an IT leader and independent writer. She has written a series of articles to promote advance technology and government programs such as Digital India and Make in India. Her recent article "India and Israel: A Good Partnership" received good response from Israeli community.
Early life
Devsena was born and raised in New Delhi. She is from a social and political family, her father Prof. Rameshwar Prasad Mishra "Pankaj" is a famous writer and her mother Annapurna Mishra is a senior leader of the current ruling party of India, Bharatiya Janata Party. Devsena's elder brother Kapil Mishra is a social activist and cabinet minister of Delhi government(AAP). She is the youngest member of her family where everyone is associated with a different political party. Her recent work backs current ruling party of India, BJP.
Career
IT Leader
After graduating in History from Ramjas College, Delhi University she moved to IT industry and worked with different technologies like Microsoft
, Oracle
, SAS and Lean Six Sigma in companies like MapMyIndia, NIIT and Collabera. These days she is running her own startup.
Independant Work
During her college days, she got associated with women wing of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and organised several camps for women empowerment. These days she is involved in the promotion of Digital India, Make In India, Startup India, Standup India and she also supports pro-Israel activities in India.
