Dear Sherlock

Dear Sherlock are a British/Portuguese alternative rock duo comprising Eduardo Lemos (vocals, guitar) and James E. Gray (piano, synth, guitar).
History
The pair first met online via MySpace in 2010 and instantly shared an admiration of each others work. On 22nd December 2011 Dear Sherlock played their first ever show only two days after meeting in person. The performance took place at Früit (in James' hometown, Hull) alongside La Bête Blooms.
Their self-titled debut EP, 'Dear Sherlock', was released on 2nd April 2012 and the rest of that year saw the band perform twelve shows and festivals in various cities including London, Manchester, York, Porto, Barcelona and Madrid. On 30th May 2012 the group performed a special live studio session for Portuguese national TV station MVM TV, which included performances of the tracks, 'Supernova', 'Alice', 'Mute' and 'The Tale'.
In 2013, Eduardo and James performed a number of intimate acoustic shows, including a performance at Freedom Festival. During 2014 and 2015 Dear Sherlock released a number of individual tracks with accompanying lyric videos before a silent period in 2016.
The duo returned on 3rd March 2017 with the release of the track, 'Da Vinci's Chamber'.
