David R. Casper is the current CEO of BMO Harris Bank, a subsidiary of Bank of Montreal. He has held CEO since June 2015. He attended Dartmouth College for his Bachelor's Degree and obtained his masters from J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Casper served as Head of Commercial Banking-Personal & Commercial Banking U.S. and Executive Vice President at BMO Harris Bank National Association since March 2010.
