Christopher Policinski

Christopher Policinski ("Chris") is President and CEO of Land O'Lakes, Inc. He has held this position since October 1, 2005.
Career
From March 2002, Mr. Policinski was the COO and Executive Vice President of the Dairy Foods division of Land O'Lakes Inc. Prior to this, from 1999 to 2002, he was the Executive Vice President of the Dairy Foods division's Value Added Group. He first came to Land O'Lakes in 1997, having previously spent four years at The Pillsbury Company in marketing/management and as the Vice President of their Pizza and Mexican Food Groups. Prior to this position, he worked in leadership roles at Kraft General Foods and Bristol Meyers Squibb.
Leadership roles and board memberships
Mr. Policinski is an Independent Director of Xcel Energy, Inc., where he has served since December 2009. for The Greater Twin Cities United Way and for the Board of Overseers of Carlson School of Management.
Education
Mr. Policinski has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's degree from New York University.<ref name="Business Week" />
