David Henry Jnr (b 23rd May 1984) is an industrialist heir and member of the Henry Family. He is the son of barrister, Brian Henry, and the grandson of forestry industrialist, Jack Henry He is named after Sir David Henry KBE, the founder of the New Zealand Forest Products industrial conglomerate. He was educated at in Remuera and then at Middlemore before attending the University of Auckland. He graduated in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in Finance and Law. In 1993, he was the subject of a kidnap attempt while at school that was reported in the national press and later recounted in a book written by Ian Wishart, titled the Paradise Conspiracy. King's College's old boys magazine, the King's Courier, reported in its June edition that he recently moved to London as a Vice President overseeing mining investments at French bank, Societe Generale.
