David Coram

David Coram is a British organist.
Life
Coram was born in Bath, Somerset, in 1976. Educated at Dauntsey's School and subsequently organ scholar at St Edmund Hall, Oxford, Coram was Assistant Organist at Romsey Abbey from 2005 until 2008 and then Director of Music at St Peter's Church, Bournemouth where he revived and now maintains a traditional choir of men and boys, supplemented in 2009 by a girls' choir singing alternate weeks. Recordings include The Organ of Romsey Abbey (2007) and Peter and the Wolf, The Carnival of the Animals and Babar the Elephant (2011) in association with David Owen Norris and narrated by Richard Briers.
