Daniel "Danny" Potts (born 13 April 1994) is an English-born American footballer who currently plays for West Ham United as a left-back. He is the son of former West Ham defender Steve Potts. At the start of November, Potts was named in the first team in the away visit to Hull, but Potts didn't feature. Potts is eligible for the United States due to his father Steve Potts, who was born in Hartford, Connecticut. He is in the team to play for the US in the FIFA U20 World Cup. Potts is one of two West Ham players to be included in the US U20s squad, with midfielder Sebastian Lletget also called-up.
