Shane Duggan

Shane Duggan (born 11 March 1989 in Limerick) is a footballer, currently playing with League of Ireland side Cork City. Shane plays as a centre midfielder but can also play on the left.
Playing career
Plymouth Argyle
Duggan spent 3 years at Plymouth Argyle before returning to Ireland to join U.C.D..
U.C.D.
Duggan was to spend just six months with the Students, making 13 appearances before their relegation to the First Division.
Cork City
On February 18, 2009, Duggan agreed to sign for Cork City and signed a 1 year contract with the Leesiders after impressing during a trial period. Shane is regarded as one of the Leeside club's best players, a leader on and off the pitch. Shane scored his first hat-trick for Cork City FC in the 4-2 win over Mervue Utd. on March 26, 2010. In September 2010 Shane was called up to the Ireland U23 squad versus Estonia He played the full 90 minutes in a 1-0 away win. In October 2010 Shane was named in the PFAI First Division Team of the Year.
