ClickR Skin Care is a 2010 retail start-up founded by Florence Sender and her husband, Noam Sender, in Newton, Massachusetts. Sephora began selling the start-up's products in January 2011, and one reviewer described the line as "poised to be a competitor to the popular Proactiv acne-fighting line". According to a company press release, "the basis for clickR was formed when Sender met a chemist who had created an acne treatment void of benzoyl peroxide for his son." Products The company's three collections include: *The No More Derma Drama line includes five products designed to combat acne using ingredients such as salicylic acid, aloe, and cucumber. ClickR describes the line as the result of "five years of development, research and clinical trials." Offerings from this line include Pearl Wash, Diamond Dust Skin Polisher, Day Brilliant Lotion With SPF 15, and Stop-Time Night Cream. In January 2011, the company announced that Twilight and The O.C. actor Cam Gigandet had signed on as a spokesperson for the brand, and characterized him as the "first official male spokesperson for a beauty brand." ClickR has also developed a relationship with Sony, cooperating on promotions related to movies like Burlesque and Priest.
