ClickN KIDS Inc is an online education company based in Carson City, Nevada. ClickN KIDS develops and markets online educational software to homes and in schools internationally. The company offers their products through a subscription based model for children Pre-K through 5th grade including older students with learning disabilities such as dyslexia, autism as well as learning English as a Second Language.
History
The company was founded in 2003 by Armie Carabet, an entrepreneur and Alan Scalone, a software engineer. Armie and Alan teamed with research professor Dr. J. Ron Nelson to develop ClickN READ Phonics. The Company debuted ClickN READ Phonics, their first product offering, at the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC) in New Orleans in June 2004. The company launched their second title ClickN SPELL on July 1, 2009.
In March, 2011, ClickN KIDS announced a partnership with Warner Bros. wherein ClickN KIDS was able to use the full Looney Tunes character library in their learning platform. After 17 months of contract negotiation and an equal time for development at the ClickN KIDS studio's in Woodland Hills, CA, Looney Tunes ClickN READ Phonics was launched. With no advertising initially, it is thought that management was monitoring site performance, addressing any preliminary user concerns and seeing the impact that the Looney Tunes characters would have on the users/consumers at both the school and home level. As of August 2011, ClickN KIDS began airing commercials on North American cable networks.

ClickN KIDS, Inc. develops interactive educational software for children that simulates live teacher instruction. ClickN KIDS patent pending proprietary interactive network server based curriculum is unique in instructional technology, design and teaching methodology. The curriculum is designed primarily for use by children Pre-K through 5th grade. Schools, home users and libraries, regardless of geographic location, comprise the market that the Company targets.
Looney Tunes Phonics uses the same design and educational methodology as ClickN READ, incorporating Warner Bros. Looney Tunes characters. ClickN READ Phonics teaches the entire kindergarten to 3rd grade phonics curriculum taught at USA public schools Complete USA school curriculum through 100 interactive cartoon animated online phonics lessons. Children learn English correctly in a phonics game-like environment. Authored by research professor Dr. J. Ron Nelson for children as young as 4 years old learning to read English for the first time, older children struggling to learn to read, learning disabled children and even adults learning English as a second language.
ClickN SPELL is a research based research based spelling program for PreK through 5th grade that teaches the 800 most commonly used words in the English language. The program may also be used as an intervention curriculum for struggling spellers regardless of age or grade level. ClickN SPELL was authored by research professor Dr. J. Ron Nelson.

ClickN KIDS was awarded the Top Ten Gold Award 5 years in a row from 2007-2011 and the iParenting Media Award in 2009.
