Claus Moller (Born 12th July, 1942) is an internationally renowned management consultant, author and keynote speaker. He is best known for founding the global human resource management consultancy Time Manager International (TMI). Moller developed the Time Manager results tool and is a pioneer in the field of service management and quality management. The British Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) designated Claus Moller one of the world's eight "Quality Gurus in Business" and the only European in this distinguished company.Claus Moller's concepts and ideas have been implemented by SAS and British Airways , EU Commissiona dn the Supreme Soviet. He coined the concepts 'Putting People First', 'A Complaint is a Gift' and 'Employeeship.
Biography
Claus Moller was born in Sonderborg, Denmark. He studied business at Copenhagen Business School, receiving a B.A. in 1965 and an M.B.A. in 1968.
In 1975, Moller founded Time Manager International (TMI) in Hillerod, Denmark. He worked as the President and CEO for TMI until 2004, when he founded Claus Moller Consulting (CMC).
