Chris Straub is a German guitarist, musician, recording engineer, songwriter and music producer.. He also did a lot of instrumental metal covers from bands like As Blood Runs Black, System of a Down, Slayer, Parkway Drive, Unleashed, Annotations Of An Autopsy, As I Lay Dying, Knights Of The Abyss, Salt the Wound, The Crimson Armada, All That Remains and Fear Factory. Chris Straub released his second album Event Horizon on February 2, 2017. Equipment Guitars Chris Straub´s main guitars are 6-string Ibanez models with Seymour Duncan Blackouts pickups installed. His guitars are tuned to Drop B (B-F#-B-E-G#-C#). Amplification Chris Straub uses a Bugera 6260 and a 2x12 Celestion Vintage 30 Box. Style Chris Straub plays instrumental melodic death metal.
