Chaz Elliott Singleton (born November 28, 1988) is an American music video director from Bay St. Louis, MS most notably known for working with Chopper City Music. Personal Life Singleton was born in Bay St. Louis, MS to Craig and Kelly Singleton. He began doing video work at age seventeen. At age twenty-one he met New Orleans, LA based rapper Christopher Dorsey, better known by his stage name, B.G. and the two began to work together. Career Chaz Singleton is a self-taught music video producer who has had no schooling on the subject. He shoots all of his videos with a Canon 7D and edits on an iMac using Apple Inc.'s Final Cut Pro. Major Artists In September of 2010 Singleton started directing music videos for local artists in southern Mississippi. He then made the transition into working for major label artists. Singleton directed his first major music video for New Orleans based rapper B.G. in November of 2010 titled "Lose My Mind" from his Money Side Murda Side Mixtape. After receiving almost three million views in twenty-four hours on hip hop website worldstarhiphop.com, Singleton was brought on as Chopper City Music's in-house videographer. Singleton has directed six videos for Chopper City to date. In April of 2011, he directed the video titled "Popular" for Dallas, TX rapper Dorrough. Videography * 2010: B.G. ft.
