The Charming Associates are a British hip-hop group based in the village of Medstead in Hampshire. They refer to the neighbourhood in many of their lyrics as 'The GU3' after the postal code of the area. Most of their lyrics are about village life. Background The Charming Associates formed in 2006. Already fairly well known individually within hip-hop circles around the Hampshire and Surrey area, the three rappers decided to get together and record some tracks in a studio.
