Charles J. LaDuca (September 30, 1974 - Present) is an American attorney. His work focuses on the areas of complex civil rights, consumer protection, product liability, and securities. LaDuca is a partner of the law firm Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca, LLP with Jonathan Cuneo and Pamela Gilbert, where he serves as lead counsel on product liability cases. Benchmark has termed LaDuca a "local litigation star" In addition, Superlawyers have termed him a "rising star" in its latest publication. ---- Early Career and Education LaDuca graduated from George Washington University in 1996. He received his J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. He began with the Cuneo Law Group, P.C. in 1995 as a messenger, and has moved up the firm's ranks to firm paralegal, law clerk, and attorney. He later became a named partner of the Cuneo Law Group's successor firm, Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca, LLP. |
