Carrie Cuinn is an American author, editor, and publisher. In 2010 she founded Dagan Books, a small press publishing company. Her first book as an editor, Cthulhurotica, was noted for bringing characters of color, and of a variety of genders and sexualities, to the Cthulhu Mythos in a positive way.
