Capture Assistant is a screenshot and screen scraping application that operates under the Windows operating system. It is distributed by Renovation Software, who also distribute TextGRAB SDK, and was first launched in 2008. Capture Assistant does not replace the native print screen function. It can't capture whole screen as a screenshot but it can capture a part of the screen. Capturing text Capture Assistant can capture text from screen. You can copy text from places where it is not possible to copy text with standard Windows functionality (e.g. custom controls, status bars, buttons, labels) Text-to-speech Capture Assistant can read text from screen with the system default SAPI voice. |
