EyeBrowse is an image editing and management application for the Windows operating system. It features animated GIF support, image manipulation functions including blur, resize, crop and sharpen, amongst others. The following file formats are supported: PNG, JPG, BMP, TGA, TIFF, PCX, WMF, EMF. The program is free of charge.
