Cambridgeshire Community Foundation (CCF) is a registered charitable organisation which is one of 45 community foundations currently operating in the UK. Established in 2006, CCF works extensively with different beneficiary groups around the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area to improve the prospects and lives of people in the community by targeting the real needs of disadvantaged members of the community. CCF has two principal funding streams: # Improving Lives # Improving Communities In 2014, CCF awarded just over £1.3 million in grants - of which just under £350,000 went towards Improving Lives and just over £1 million towards Improving Communities.
