Brock Beukeboom (born April 1, 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Niagara IceDogs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Playing career Beukeboom played Midget AAA with the Central Ontario Wolves. He then played three years with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League. Providing a combination of stability, and toughness, along with being a strong defensive presence contributed to Beukeboom being selected 117th overall by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. However Beukebooms stay with the Lightning would not be very long, as in February, 2011 he was traded to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for Eric Brewer and a 3rd round draft pick. In addition to his NHL rights, Beukeboom also had his OHL rights traded In the 2011 offseason. He was traded to the Niagara IceDogs for defenceman Mike Schwindt and two draft picks. Personal life Brock is the son of former NHL defenseman Jeff Beukeboom.
