Brian Pincott is a municipal politician who currently serves as Councillor of Ward 11 in Calgary, Alberta. He was first elected in 2007. Career before politics Prior to being elected in 2007, Pincott was a Production Manager and Lighting Designer at Alberta Theatre Projects. Electoral Record Prior to winning his seat on Calgary Council in 2007, Pincott ran and lost in two federal elections with the NDP and one civic campaign. 2007 municipal election Pincott won his first seat on council in 2007 by taking 34% of the vote. 2010 municipal election Pincott was relected to serve Ward 11 in the 2010 election, taking 35% of the votes. 2013 municipal election Pincott was reelected in the 2013 election by capturing 48% of the votes. |
