bozohttpd is an open-source, small-footprint web server developed by Matthew R. Green, released under BSD license. It aim to implement minimal feature necessary for a functioning web server. bozohttpd was originally designed for NetBSD, but has been ported to run a wide variety of operating systems including Solaris, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and Linux. It can be run either from a super-server like inetd, or as a standalone daemon. It supports fundamental features like HTTP 0.9, 1.0 and 1.1, SSL, IPv6, virtual hosting and CGI scripts. bozohttpd is included in the standard NetBSD distribution from release 5.0 onwards.
