Bocconi School of Law Student-Edited Papers is a student-edited working paper series which publishes legal scholarly works. It is issued by a student group at Bocconi University School of Law, under the supervision of several faculty advisors. Overview Articles are selected and published on a rolling basis, consistenly with the publication's nature as a working paper series, and they are disseminated online. Along with rolling submissions, Bocconi School of Law Student-Edited Papers issues an annual call for papers on specific topics. Bocconi School of Law Student-Edited Papers has also released, under a Creative Commons license, a citation manual for Italian legal sources, authored by a former editor. History Bocconi School of Law Student-Edited Papers claims to be the first student-edited scholarly publication in the field of law in Italy; the , however, appears to have been established previously. Bocconi School of Law Student-Edited Papers was initially created in march 2008 by founding editor Luigi Russi, under the name Italian Legal Scholarship Unbound Working Paper Series. In particular, the idea behind a working paper series is to create an additional level of feedback prior to final publication in a journal run by academics. This, it has been argued,<ref name="GLJarticle"/> may allow useful synergies with existing journals, and facilitate the integration of student-run publications in the European academic and editorial context. <ref name="GLJarticle"/>
