Bloodier Homes and Gardens: State of Fear

Bloodier Homes and Gardens: State of Fear is a 1998 horror film by Joel Hatch, produced by Elftwin Films. An advisor to the series was Michael Pleckaitis, director and creator of the Trees Trilogy. The film features the sudden sentience of the state of New Jersey, resulting in a cataclysmic conclusion.
Grossing little, the film became one of the pair's more obscure titles.
A giant wall of razor sharp plant life shoots up all around the border of New Jersey, and air traffic is mysteriously gone. Could the entire state have somehow achieved sentience and seceded from the Union? Only one man, Johnson Flynt, can save the state with the help of the beautiful environmentalist Sarah Wilkins, as well as the mighty mountainman Fox McKenna.
