Description The Windows System 32 File is the file that runs a Windows Computer. Without this file you will not be able to open your computer. It contains several .dll files and .txt files. Several of them are .dll files which are memory savers, .txt files and .exe files which hold data. Editing these files found here can cause many problems with your system. You should not edit these files looking for a way to hack your system or produce Computer Worms.
