Blake Speers

Blake Speers (born January 2, 1997) is a Canadian junior ice hockey player. He is currently playing for the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Speers was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He was selected in the 3rd round, 67th overall by the New Jersey Devils in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds During the 2014-15 OHL season, Speers appeared in 57 games. He registered 24 goals and 43 assists for 67 points. Despite being awarded the Hamilton Spectator Trophy for the best overall record (54-12-0-2, 110pts), the Greyhounds fell in the Conference Finals. |
