Bill Dulin

William Edward Dulin (born August 22, 1952) is a former American football offensive tackle in the World Football League for the Shreveport Steamer. He played college football at Johnson C. Smith University.
Early years
Dulin attended Roosevelt High School. He accepted a football scholarship from Johnson C. Smith University, where he became a starter at tight end. He also practiced basketball.
Professional career
Dulin was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the ninth round (230th overall) of the 1974 NFL Draft, with the intention of converting him into an offensive tackle. He was waived before the start of the season on September 9. He spent a few months on the team's taxi squad.
In June 1975, he signed with the Shreveport Steamer of the World Football League. He was a starter at offensive tackle until the league folded mid-way through the season.
