Sh. Bihari lal, (born 6 August 1962) is one of main bodybuilders of the Punjab armament police. He won gold in the Bejing common games in 2008 held in China, and also got an award of honor from Punjab chief minister Sh Parkash Singh Badal.Bihari Lal is a famous personality in all Punjab Bodybuilders
