The founder & president of All Afghanistan National Taekwon-Do Association ITF, International Instructor, Examiner, Referee and Umpire. Founder and Technical Advisor of Pakistan ITF Taekwon-Do Federation. Official Member, Representative of International Taekwon-Do Federation and Asian ITF Taekwon-do Federation for Afghanistan. Lifetime member of ITF. International Director of Pakistan Martial Arts Connection Federation (PMCF) and the first introducer of original and Modern ITF Taekwon-Do in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

TAEKWON-DO Career
Hed Mohammad Shirzai started his Taekwon-do Practice in 1980 while he was 13 years old. H.E Mr. Habib Mehyar was his first instructor. He created his own Dojang in 1984 at the age of 17 years old. Later on, He introduced the first ever sports association in Afghanistan (All Afghanistan National Taekwon-Do Association) and announced its establishment in 1993. Soon the association was officially recognized by International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) in July, 1995. In July 1996 he was invited by ITF to participate at an International Instructor ITF course which was conducted by Grand Master Leong Wai Meng in India. During the seminar he was granted a 2nd Dan degree by the . Hed Mohammad Shirzai is the first ever person who received the black belt from Afghanistan.
On 2 - 4 April 2004 Mr. Shirzai Organized an International Instructor ITF Seminar and Upgrading test in Karachi, Pakistan which was conducted by Grand Master Jong Soo Park, former ITF Vice President and President of Canadian ITF Taekwon-do Association. By the end of this historical seminar 30 Afghan and Pakistani ITF Members received their 1st - 4th Dan ITF certificates from ITF president .
Mr. Shirzai leaded Many Times All Afghanistan National Taekwon-do Association ITF (A.A.N.T.A) Team for participating in International, Asian and World Championships in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, India, Russia, USA, Pakistan and recently to DPRK for the World championships. He organized many championships including 8 times senior national championships and 5 times Junior national championships and many Interclub’s, Regional and open national championships and Seminars.
