Ishee Pardeshi

Ishee Pardeshi (Nicknamed "Golden Girl of India") born in November 2002, is a young talented Taekwondo player (first Dan-Pum-Black-Belt). She rewrote history at age of seven, when she became the youngest to represent and win Gold Medals for India in International Taekwondo Poomse championships, which are approved/sanctioned by World Taekwondo Federation.
Taekwondo Accolades
She is the youngest non-Korean ever to win a Korean category in the "2010 Yeong Cheon Open International Taekwondo championship" held at Yeongcheon, South Korea. She has also become the youngest to be awarded the 'Athlete of the Championship' award in the Yeongcheon Open International championship for achieving this feat.
In 2010, she also won a Gold Medal at the Poomsae competition 'World Taekwondo Cultural Expo',Muju, South Korea. She continued with her gold run in 2011, by winning Gold Medals in Poomsae at the 1st Open Takekwondo Poomsae Championship, Mumbai and 5th Taekwondo Culture Expo Championship, Muju, South Korea. She was also judged as the best player in 1st Open Taekwondo Championship, Mumbai. At the Chun Cheon Open, she won the gold medal in the sparring form of competition.
Before this, Ishee was declared Indian Poomse National Champion after she won the Gold Medal at the "4th National Poomse championship" held at Surat, Gujrat, India in May 2010. She qualified for National competition by winning Gold at the Maharashtra state level Poomse championship and represented Maharashtra state in the National championship.
