Benjamin Bonetti

Benjamin Bonetti (born 27 January 1982, in Worthing, West Sussex) is an English motivational / self help speaker and entrepreneur. He is the nephew of Peter Bonetti the former British goal keeper who played for both Chelsea and England. Bonetti is known for his entrepreneurial approach towards “taking action” for which he was given the nickname, “Action Man”.
Bonetti stood for Local Election in 2004 but lost the seat by 4 votes to John Rogers after one of the longest recounts in Worthing’s history.
Bonetti has written and produced various motivational and behaviour change multimedia products, appeared on radio shows and television shows, including the Channel 4 Series Celebrity Wife Swap with comedians Stan Boardman and Rhona Cameron. Bonetti conducts motivational seminars focusing on the power of positive thinking, where he utilises Hypnosis and Neuro-linguistic Programming. The main message of Bonetti’s seminars is that achieving greatness requires positive action and massive action.
Benjamin Bonetti left school (Chatsmore Catholic High School, West Sussex) aged 16 with little or few GCSE’s. He joined the Royal Engineers at the age of 17 where he served until leaving in 2003. After serving just 4 years he left the British Army and went on work for several companies before owning and later selling a small independent estate agency in Worthing, West Sussex during 2008.
After attending a NLP course in Brighton, East Sussex, Bonetti went on to later establish his first personal development company Empower Your Life later rebranding to Benjamin Bonetti Ltd. Although his teacher Terry Elston of NLP World was a large influence on his success, Bonetti believes his father (Philip Anthony Bonetti) and grandfather (Giuseppe Bonetti) were the biggest driving force behind the rapid expansion within the UK and later the US.
Although many of Bonetti’s clients still remain unknown, he is often spotted behind the scenes at events supporting known A-list celebrities and artists. During a 2009 New Years Day interview with BBC Asian Network, Bonetti was referred to as a “celebrity must have secret weapon”.
The success of his personal development audio recordings have led to them being available internationally including UK, Ireland, Mexico, the US, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, with many bestsellers within the personal development field.
