Batia Ofer is a philanthropist and art collector and a member of International Council. Philanthropy Ofer supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation as the Chair of Art of Wishes, patron of Make-A-Wish UK and Honorary President of Make-A-Wish Israel. The Idan and Batia Ofer Foundation donated £25 million to the London Business School, the largest single donation ever given to a UK business school. Politics Ofer helped found the Sammy Ofer graduate fellowship for emerging leaders in Israel and Palestine who are committed to establishing peace in the region. In 2018, Ofer criticized the artist Banksy for creating anti-semitic artwork. Personal life She is married to Idan Ofer, and they have one son together. She also has one daughter from a previous marriage. |
