Basic Vocab is an American hip hop group from Miami, Florida. The group's debut album, The General Dynamic, features the single "Come Get With It". The members are JL Sorell, Mental Growth and producer Tony Galvin. Basic Vocab's sound is a mixture of modern and early 90’s hip-hop. Their sound is reminiscent of its old school inspirations, and they love to represent their city of Miami. The group is set to release their sophomore LP featuring the single "There You Are" this summer. The single "Come Get With It" featured during the end credits on the HBO series Entourage during Season 5, episode 63, "First Class Jerk".
