Bagle hound

A bagle hound, also spelled bagel hound, is crossbred version of the basset hound and the beagle.
Appearance
As a puppy, they resemble an elongated beagle. As they age, they very slightly favor a basset hound in body shape and size, and tend to be marked like a beagle, although there are some examples of the breed with basset coloring. They tend to have a beagle like face. They have short dense boned legs good for digging and getting that ultra sensitive nose close to the ground to hunt.
Their height, long velvety ears, and mellow disposition are the key basset traits. They have the beagle bay, but tend to use it less than pure beagles.
