Baba Ji Ka Thullu

Baba Ji Ka Thullu is a phrase or slang with use of a hand gesture using both hands in making a position of snake sitting with its head up, used by stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma in his comedy talk show Comedy Nights with Kapil. The gesture gained popularity among viewers and masses just after being launched by the comedian and became a famous slang in the country. The phrase literally means "Absolutely Nothing" or "Getting something less than expected".
In Popular Culture
The famous phrase has been used in various films in Bollywood. Some of which are:
*Dolly Ki Doli in the song Baba Ji Ka Thullu-: The film contains a song of the same name which includes the phrase with the gesture too as a dancing step. The song has been made after purchasing the copyrights from the owners.
*Happy New Year- The third highest Grosser of Bollywood of the year 2014, directed by Farah Khan starring movie star Shah Rukh Khan, Happy New Year contains many dialogues using the phrase. Most of them were said by actor Boman Irani in a comic way.
