Avaya Professional Credential Program are IT Professional certifications for Avaya products. There are five Proficiency levels of certification: Avaya Professional Sales Specialist (APSS) , Avaya Professional Design Specialist (APDS), Avaya Professional Implementation Specialist (ACIS), Avaya Certified Solutions Specialist (ACSS), Avaya Certified Solutions Architect (ACSA). Avaya Certification Credentials require passing one or more exams or learning activities in the required areas. Exams are globally available at Virtual University Enterprises (VUE) Testing Centers around the world.
