Assuria CyberSense is a family of a remote scanning system configuration and vulnerability assessment products. The product was developed by its current owners, Assuria Ltd, and was launched in May 2012. The family currently consists of two products, Assuria CyberSense Enterprise Scanner and Assuria CyberSense Object Scanner. Both products share the same web-based GUI and management infrastructure.
Assuria CyberSense Enterprise Scanner, also known as Assuria CyberSense ES, is an evolution from the existing Assuria Auditor product, with the addition of the ability to scan hosts in a credentialled agent-less manner. It verifies the settings, options and preferences of server systems against an organisations system configuration policy. It can do this using either agent-less scans of target systems, or by using Assuria Auditor agents installed on the target systems.
