Associated Partners LP

Associated Partners (founded in 2001) is a private equity company with investments in telecommunications, internet and media managed by Bill Berkman and David Berkman.
The company is based in New York with offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In 2010, Associated Partners LP acquired a majority stake in Allen-based PEG Bandwidth.
In 2013, KKR & Co LP invested in PEG Bandwidth, AP Wireless and AP Towers, wireless infrastructure businesses managed by Associated Partners, LP. The company receives a second round of equity funding from Associated Partners, LP in April 2011, a third round in April 2012 and a fourth one in November 2012.
