Arvind Padhee

Arvind Padhee () (born on 15th August 1969) is a Revenue Divisional Commissioner of Cuttack and Chief Administrator Jagannath Temple, Puri .He has been served as Sub Collector, Project Director,District Collector, Director Agriculture Production Branch,Panchayati Raj Department .
Early life
Arvind Padhee was born on 15th August 1969 in Arjunda,a village in the district of Bargarh to Sri Satyanarayan Padhee and Smt. Ahalya Padhee in a Brahman family.He did his primary school from the Government school of village than moved to Bargarh for High School and Sambalpur for College study and Banaras Hindu University Varansai for Bechlor Degree than moved to Indian Agricultural Research Institute New Delhi and finally completed his Ph.D. in University of Birmingham United Kingdom by taking study leave during civil service in Odisha.
Career
Arvind Padhee was studying for become a farm scientist but later he joined and cracked the most competitive exam of India Indian Administrative Service in 1996 .
Public Life and Causes
Arvind Padhee is known for his honesty and clean image in Odisha .His wearings of Sambalpuri hand woven fabrics always keep attention of people .After he joined as Chief Administrator of Jagannath Temple, Puri the rituals of Temple are conducting in time which was a challenge for every former office bearers.During his office in
Jagannath Temple, Puri many evictions drive are being conducted which were encroached by the land mafias,which is a financial source for the temple.
