Arthur Kern has been a member of the Forbes Board since January 1996. He is 64 Years Old. Arthur Kern has been an investor in several media and marketing companies. He was also co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of American Media, Inc., a group owner of commercial radio stations sold to AMFM (now part of Clear Channel Communications, Inc.) in October 1994.
