Peter J. Arduini is an American businessman. He is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of Integra LifeSciences. Arduini served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Integra LifeSciences from November 2010 prior his appointment as CEO on January 3, 2012. He previously served in various executive capacities at Baxter Healthcare and General Electric Healthcare. Mr. Arduini received a B.S. in Marketing from Susquehanna University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Italian American Foundation.
