Biography
Artem Kagan was born in 1985 in Kirawsk, Belarus.
Education
He graduated from Mogilev Regional Lyceum No. 3, economic and legal profile. In 2007, he graduated from the Belarusian State University, faculty of international relations.
Career
In 2007—2010, Artem Kagan served as the head of the Mercedes-Benz dealer for special equipment.

In 2010—2014, he opened and managed a Mercedes-Benz truck and commercial vehicle dealership in Moscow.

In 2014—2015, Artem was a co-founder of Global Motors, a car supplier from the United States to Russia and the CIS.

In 2015—2017, Artem Kagan co-founded the Moscow Tesla Club, the first unofficial Tesla dealership in Russia. The company specialized in deliveries of Tesla cars to Russia and the CIS.
In 2017, Artem Kagan founded the Reload Technologies brand, which develops batteries and components for passenger and commercial electric vehicles, industrial and home power storage devices, and solutions for the secondary use of lithium-ion batteries.
In 2019, he co-founded Maxbionic, a company that specializes in bionic prosthetics and robotics technologies.
Personal life
Artem Kagan is married and has three children.
