Zenith Provecta

Zenith Provecta
Zenith Provecta is the largest independent fleet management company in the UK.
As a specialist provider of bespoke fleet solutions, they concentrate on the provision of innovative fully outsourced management services, for mid to large corporate entities. Zenith Provecta’s strength is in understanding the needs of customers and proactively advising them in order to arrive at a cost effective, tax efficient and high quality service solution, which is beneficial and manageable for both parties.

Their mission statement is “To be the benchmark by which quality service is measured within our industry.”
History
Zenith Provecta was established in 1989 by five principal shareholders and a team of eight people, one of whom is their Chief Executive today. In 2008, Zenith bought Employee Car Ownership (ECO) specialist, Provecta Car Plan creating the largest independent leasing company in the UK under the new trading name of Zenith Provecta.
The company has grown steadily but organically and now manages circa 27,000 vehicles.
Zenith Provecta’s history and development has been built upon effective vehicle outsourcing, removing the core elements of buying, selling and managing vehicles in an efficient and cost effective way. This allows their customers to continue to enhance and develop their schemes, whilst concentrating on their core business activity. Zenith Provecta's growth over the years has largely been delivered by staying at the forefront of the latest fleet thinking, developing new ideas, products, service solutions and delivering quickly to the market. Zenith Provecta has played a leading role in the development of transparent pricing, fleet outsourcing, ECO, and more recently playing a leading role in the development of salary sacrifice for cars, duty of care solutions and environmentally aware fleet policies.
