7 folds RETURN
Watson began cartooning shortly after graduating college. Her website, www.laughtoon.com, has attracted a huge online cult following; though it is not without its critics. The website www.banit.webs.comis a counter-site created by a group offended by the use of religious tradition in her cartoons. Watson’s degree in Religious Studies has no doubt had a profound influence on her cartoons. Other topics include politics, pets, the afterlife, societal observations and everything in between. Her humor is derived from irony, social situations and tongue and cheek view of American life.
