MyLOL is a social networking website aimed at teenagers. founded in November 2006. The site has around 100,000 members from countries including United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. It was created by Australian Anthony Lipari.<ref name="Newsbeat" /> Features ==MyLOL "Where Friends Are Made"== MyLOL allows members to extensively create their personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with friends. MyLOL dubs itself as the next generation high school social network and has features for users to stay connected with friends, share information, listen to music, photos, videos and blogs. Besides music, MyLOL allows users can search and view a variety of videos and photos that members have uploaded to the site as well. Users have the option to add unlimited photos to their profiles.Photos can be commented on by other users, as well as rated upon a 5 star basis. Other features include the ability to send site wide shout, comment on others, send private messages and add users as a friend. MyLOL conducts a monthly online raffle. Users can earn points for performing various tasks around the site. For example users receive 40 points for logging in daily, 10 points for adding a song or video, 2 points for receiving a profile view, 1 point for posting profile or photo comments, and much much more. Basically users will earn points by being active around the site just like you normally would. The more active users are, the more points they will earn and the more raffle tickets they will be able to buy, thus increasing the chances of winning the prize!
