Anil Kumar Pandey () is social worker specially for people of rural areas from his region, traditionally an Indian National Congress leader from Bettiah city of West Champaran division of Bihar contested as a candidate for Bettiah constituency seat in legislative assembly elections of 1995. He is a prominent agriculturist by profession and had been member of district council, Bettiah. His political importance is also understood as he is the third son of Gauri Shankar Pandey who was a influential Congress leader and had been cabinet Minister of Bihar.
