Afranet, the first Iranian Internet Service Provider in the private sector, was established in 1998 and currently is a 100% private company. Having access to the latest satellite and telecommunication technology, Afranet has direct access to the internet backbone with a send and receive bandwidth of 155 Mbit/s. Providing diverse solutions for Internet Access, Telephoning, E-commerce, Data Center and many more, Afranet works with many governmental and private companies. Afranet’s clients form a big family of many government ministries and organizations as well as some 150 companies within the Private Sector and about 10,000 users of internet access and telephone services. |
