Adrian Fontes is a Democratic attorney and politician from Phoenix, Arizona. Education Fontes enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1992 to 1996 and achieved the rank of Corporal. He received a bachelors from Arizona State University and a JD from Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver in 2000. Career He became a prosecutor with the Denver District Attorney, and then the Maricopa County Attorney's office and the Arizona Attorney General's office. He entered private practice in 2005. Fonts ownes a small business that was sued in 2016 for allegedly not paying for public relations services. Elections Fontes defeated longtime County Recorder Helen Purcell in 2016. |
