Hickman Farms
Hickman is the co-owner of Hickman farms near Tonopah, Arizona, the largest egg producer in Arizona. Hickman's ownership in the farm led him to oppose SB 1070, which he claimed lost him 20% of his egg sales to latino grocery stores.
A group called" Save Tonopah Oppose Poultry Plants" has filed 184 complaints since 2015 against Hickman Farms due to the air quality and smell in the area.
Elections
Hickman was first appointed to the board in 2013.
He was elected to a full term in 2014 and endorsed by the Arizona Republic.
