Adithya Srinivasan is one of India's Best & Youngest Ghazal Singers often called 'the velvet voice'. He has performed with world famous singer Hariharan and performed the opening act at The Legend Ghulam Ali - Live in Concert. His first international single 'Gham-e-Duniya' Received a full 5 star rating on Apple iTunes and went viral on YouTube. The Musical Journey Adithya Srinivasan was born on 19th June, 1992 to Mr.R Srinivasan & Mrs.Sudha Srinivasan. He is currently a final year Computer Science Engineering student at M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He was awarded 'The Student Of The Year' by the Times Of India. His Grandfather Mr.M R Rangarajan apart from being a highly accomplished civil engineer was also a highly accomplished carnatic classical singer who was part of the All India Radio audition board and had performed before eminent personalities like Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Hariharan's Ghazals had a lasting impact on Adithya and he sincerely trained in both the Carnatic Classical as well as the Hindustani Classical schools of music. He also put heart and soul into learning urdu to perfect his diction. He performed with his own inspiration Hariharan at the 'Bangalore Ganesh Utsav' in September, 2008 and at the 'Shaam-e-Ghazal' in February, 2012. He was recognized as 'India's Youngest Ghazal Singer' during his performance at Intel, Bangalore. Reviving The Ghazal Accompanied by his band of musicians 'Mausam' & Praveen D Rao, Adithya Srinivasan performed the opening act at The Legend 'Ghulam Ali - Live in Concert' at Palace Grounds with 'Main Khayaal Hoon Kisi Aur Ka'. This concert made him a household name among commoners as well as connoisseurs and he was rated as one of the Best Ghazal Singers in the Country. 'Ghazal Ka Mausam - A Tribute to the Legends', was an effort made to revive the Ghazal. 6 Ghazals were recorded in 3 hours like a live concert which were originally rendered by legends like Mehdi Hassan, Jagjit Singh, Hariharan, Ghulam Ali & Pankaj Udhas. International Ventures Adithya Srinivasan collaborated with pianist Vaibhav Tole of 'RURRER' who had completed all 8 levels at Trinity College London for his super successful 'Kaash Aisa Koi Manzur Hota' which was originally sung by Hariharan and written by Tahir Faraz. His first international single 'Gham-e-Duniya' written by Legendary Mughal Poet Mirza Ghalib received a full 5 star rating on Apple iTunes and over a hundred thousand views on YouTube. His Upcoming single 'Tu Hi Dilruba' would feature GRAMMY® Nominated musicians and the mastering would be done at the World's Best Studio, The Abbey Road Studios, London.
